【DessertCookong】有夠軟、有夠香的菠蘿奶酥麵包Pineapple bread

之前有試作過用水合法來打麵團,做出來的麵

包雖然很軟不過放到隔天吃口感卻變得很硬不

理想,所以今天來試作另一種做法就是湯種法

+低溫發酵,這次做的是💫菠蘿奶酥麵包💫

結果做出來的麵包真的有比之前的水合法還要

軟熟,而且吃起來非常的軟且非常的有彈性,

在搭配上內餡奶酥吃起來是更加的美味啊。
